The DIN 2527 Flanges with the dimensions of this standard could be used at maximum temperature of 120°C with a working pressure of up to 16 bars.At higher temperature range of 120°C to 300°C, it should be taken into consideration that the material or the din 2527 pn6 flange yield point will become lower.

The din 2527 pn10 flange dimensions also consists of the Size Chart  for the ASME B16.5 standard Flange, which has a size ranging between ½ inch (15 NB) to 48 inch (1200NB) or DN10~DN5000. An important aspect of the flange din 2527 pn10 is its surface treatment. Generally, the flange din 2527 pn16 is surface treated by either processing the flange with zinc through different methods. For instance, the  blind flange din 2527 pn6 can be coated with a thick layer of zinc by using either Cold or Hot Dip Galvanization.

A thin zinc coating can be applied to the surface of the din 2527 pn16 blind flange by electroplating it. Other types of coating done on the din 2527 pn10 flange include use of Oil Black Paint, Anti-rust Paint, or Yellow Transparent. Coating or surface treating the din 2527 pn10 flange increases its work service life and enhances its corrosion resistance properties.
